Refund Policy
Non-Members: Refunds will be given up to one week before classes commence, minus a 10% administraton fee. There will be no refunds after this time.
Members: Refunds will be given up to one week before classes commence, minus a 10% administration fee. A member may withdraw from an 8 week class prior to the second class for a credit of $100 toward any 8 week course offered the next semester. The credit is forfeited if not used in the next semester.
Courses may be cancelled if minimum registration is not received by Friday, April 11, 2008, for 8 week classes, or the previous Monday for Saturday seminars. Minimum class enrollment is 4–5, maximum 8-12. To avoid disappointment because course is full or cancelled, do not delay and register early. Registration Night is Friday, April 11, 7:30 pm at the Alexandra Writers' Centre.
